Description
The core responsibility of the Client Service is to interact with clients on a daily basis, promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. The responsible person should maintain exemplary customer relationship skills that promote a superior company image. In addition, the Client Service should provide information to customers on the performance of the application to meet project KPI in terms of deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Responds to client questions in person as well as over the mediums regarding project submissions on deadline.
- Receives brief from the client and accurately communicates with other responsible departments to effectively carry out the operation.
- Co-ordinates with the client and business development unit to establish an offer network
- Prepares weekly report to be sent to the client, and when required presents important data and analytics.
- Prepares necessary documents and sends files to appropriate departments
- Ensures project delivery within the required budget, also ensures the team is well coordinated to achieve project milestones within the specified time
- Contacts and establishes an agreement with third-party vendors
- Concentrating on weekly KPI to achieve
- Undertakes special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in any subject
- Good Communication skill both in Bangla & English
- Time-management skills. Balancing competing priorities and multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines
- Minimum 1 year of Agency experience is required.
