Outreach & Engagement Manager

Job Description:
- Brand outreach strategy
- Engagement analysis and recommendation
- Community engagement and Team Management
- Sentiment analysis and Reporting
- Team Management
- Ensure team performance and timely delivery
- In-charge of team review, recruitment and assessment. Recommend strategy to the planning team based on the insights
- Work on FAQ development
- Flow-chart development for chat-bot proposals
- Work closely with the technology partners (such as- Query management solutions, chat-bots, listening tools)
- Develop and update crisis management framework and prepare sample mitigation plans.

- Organised with good attention to detail
- A self-starter who can spot new opportunities
Educational Requirements:
- BBA/ MBA in Marketing (If you know what we need then educational qualification can be relaxed)
Experience Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year experience is preferred.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Worked in the marketing/ advertising department
- Good understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and techniques
