Job Description:

  • Brand outreach strategy
  • Engagement analysis and recommendation
  • Community engagement and Team Management
  • Sentiment analysis and Reporting
  • Team Management
  • Ensure team performance and timely delivery
  • In-charge of team review, recruitment and assessment. Recommend strategy to the planning team based on the insights
  • Work on FAQ development
  • Flow-chart development for chat-bot proposals
  • Work closely with the technology partners (such as- Query management solutions, chat-bots, listening tools)
  • Develop and update crisis management framework and prepare sample mitigation plans.

  • Driven and motivated by results
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • A self-starter who can spot new opportunities

Educational Requirements:

  • BBA/ MBA in Marketing (If you know what we need then educational qualification can be relaxed)

Experience Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year experience is preferred.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Worked in the marketing/ advertising department
  • Good understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and techniques
